Shipping policy
Yello Zello is dedicated to ensuring your order is shipped promptly, typically with a handling time of 1 business day before dispatch. This means that most orders placed on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday, while those placed on Friday will usually ship on Monday.
Depending on the time of day your order is placed and the current workload in our warehouse, some orders may be shipped the same day.
Most shipments originate from our warehouse in Pennsylvania, so delivery times to the East Coast are generally quicker than to the West Coast when using the same shipping method. Tracking numbers are generated and sent out each evening by 9:30 PM EST, along with shipping confirmation emails.
Shipments Incorrectly Marked as Delivered
If your order's tracking indicates it has been delivered but you have not received it, we are happy to investigate, provided you report it within 5 days of the delivery status. Occasionally, our freight forwarder may mark packages as delivered prematurely; in such cases, if your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received it, it is likely to arrive the following day.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
If you realize an incorrect shipping address has been entered, please notify us before the order ships so we can correct it. We are willing to reship orders that are returned to us due to an invalid address. However, while we often reship orders to previous addresses that are not returned, we reserve the right to decline reshipping if we find the circumstances suspicious.
